Using The Updated App
Journey Planner Not Working?
We’ve recently resolved an issue affecting the Journey Planner in the app.
However, if you downloaded the app before this fix, you may still experience problems.
To ensure everything works correctly, please:

Delete the app from your device

Re-download it from the App Store / Google Play
This will make sure you’re using the latest version with the fix applied.

Notifications & Logging In
To receive app notifications and access all features, you’ll need to log in to your account after downloading the app.
If you don’t log in, you may not see important updates or notifications.
Trouble Logging In or Resetting Your Password?
If you haven’t logged in for a while, you may need to reset your password.
Here are a few helpful tips:

Try resetting your password directly within the app

Make sure you complete the reset process in your browser if prompted
Important:
Some devices may open the reset link back in the app instead of a browser, which can interrupt the process.
If this happens:

Try copying the reset link and opening it in your browser manually
