You'll Pay No More Than £3.00 for a Single Bus Journey

Moving into 2025 we will be continuing with the incredibly successful 'bus fare cap' scheme supported by the Government as part of Help For Households.

About the scheme

We’re proud to be part of the National Bus Fare Cap Scheme, a government-funded initiative aimed at making travel more affordable for everyone.

From 1st January 2025, we will be participating in the £3 fare cap scheme. This means that most single bus journeys across England—including Child and Student fares—will be capped at just £3.

These capped fares will remain in place for as long as we are part of the scheme, helping to keep your travel costs down while supporting greener, more accessible public transport.

Never Pay More Than £3 for a Single Journey

Great value bus travel, capped at just £3!

Bus travel continues to be one of the best ways to get around — affordable, convenient, and better for the environment. And now, it’s even better value.

We’re proud to be part of the National Bus Fare Cap Scheme in England. From 1st January 2025, the cost of a single bus journey will be capped at just £3, that’s less than your morning coffee!

Will Every Journey Cost £3?

Not necessarily, £3 is the maximum you'll pay. Many of our fares are already lower than that, especially for shorter trips within towns and cities.

Whether you're commuting, heading to the shops, or visiting friends, you’ll still enjoy great value travel.

And for longer journeys? Rest easy knowing you’ll never pay more than £3 for a single fare.

Where could your £3 take you?
