Full-time salary: From £32,000 with earning potential up to £37,000+

£14.50 per hour (from 1st January 2026)

£84.00 per day – Education contracts (AM & PM shifts)

Full-time contracts: 4 or 5 days out of 6 (Monday–Saturday)

Holiday pay pro-rata

32 days holiday per year (pro-rata, includes overtime)
We offer full-time, part-time day, and education contracts.
Our services operate Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), 06:00–20:30. Drivers are required to work a range of shifts, including early mornings and late finishes — including during training.
The Role of a Bus Driver
This is a customer-facing role requiring professionalism, confidence, and excellent communication skills.
You will be responsible for:

Ensuring passenger safety and comfort at all times

Answering customer queries and making announcements

Keeping passengers informed throughout their journey

Conducting vehicle checks to ensure the bus is fit for service

Maintaining route schedules

Complying with company rules and regulation

Requirements

Current Category D (PCV) licence
-
No more than 6 penalty points

Meet DVLA medical standards for PCV licence holders

Lincolnshire DBS check (mandatory)

Numerate and literate with strong verbal and written communication skills
