B9 (Boston – Spalding) – Temporary Roadworks Update

​During the current roadworks, the B9 will operate with a temporary diversion and minor timetable adjustment to help maintain connections across the route.

 

Route Changes:

• The B9 will serve Gosberton and Surfleet as the main service for these villages during the works.

• In Surfleet, the service will divert via Station Road.

• The bus will travel into Spalding via Wardentree Lane.

• Passengers may board and alight at Surfleet (Station Road) and along Wardentree Lane.

 

Pinchbeck

• The B9 will not serve Pinchbeck village, except for dedicated school journeys.

 

Crossgates Students

• Students travelling from Crossgates should board the B9 at The Bull during this period.

 

Timetable Adjustment

• Daytime departures from Spalding now operate at 35 minutes past each hour.

• An additional 10:35am journey from Spalding to Boston has been introduced, providing improved late-morning travel options.
