Service Amendments

From the 5th January 2026, a number of service adjustments will be introduced. Some of the changes (B3/B9/76) are a measure to resolve a road closure issue at Pinchbeck. Others, were preplanned and are designed to improve reliability, better match demand, and provide a more consistent service for passengers.

 

Below is a summary of some of the key changes being made:​

• B3 this service will NOT serve Gosberton or Surfleet during the Pinchbeck road closure.

• All B3 education passholders in Gosberton and Surfleet to use the B9. 

• B3 will divert after Wigtoft along the A17 - A16 to Spalding Wardentree Lane. 

• B3 will serve Pinchbeck village throughout the day - see timetable 

• B3 14:50 service will now depart at 14:45.

• B3 passengers may board and alight on Wardentree Lane. 

• Students at Crossgates to make their way to The Bull in Pinchbeck.

• B3X There is a route and timetable change on this service to integrate the previous B8 service with some minor amendments. Please see full timetable.

• B7X 0740 departure from Boston has been changed to 0735

• B7 0830 departure from Skegness has been changed to 0900 

• B7 1620 departure from Boston will now depart at 1640 from the Boston Bus Station and will no longer serve the college. All students previously boarding at the College should make their way to the Marketplace stop. 

• B7X 1650 from Skegness will be withdrawn and replaced with a B7 service at 1630 which serves the villages

• B8 will be cancelled. This service has now been integrated into the B3X. Please see the full timetable 

​

• B9 due to a road closure it will not serve Pinchbeck - except at peak for education purposes. Students at Crossgates to make their way to The Bull in Pinchbeck. Please see full timetable.

• B9 has been rerouted via Surfleet Station Road.

• B9 (from Spalding) - The 8:00am departure will now run at 7:45am to ensure Donington Cowley students are on time

• B9 (from Spalding) - A new journey time of 1030 has been added to the schedule 

• B9 the 0738 from Oldrids has been cancelled. This will now be served by a rerouted B41 to Old Leake and Giles. ​

• 96a - Will now serve Tescos in Mablethorpe. Please see full timetable
